Date: 2024-11-13

I. Purpose of activity
In order to enhance campus innovation and entrepreneurship culture, the Youth Development Administration of the Ministry of Education encourages universities and colleges to optimize their entrepreneurial environments. It combines the schools' incubation and counseling resources, providing youth with experimental fields and resources for entrepreneurship, and continues to promote the "U-start Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program" (U-start Program). In addition, in order to assist indigenous youths to propose innovative entrepreneurial proposals and implement them using native tribal traditions, culture, local specialty crops and connections, we have also cooperated with indigenous committees to promote the "U-start Young Program" since 2020, assist young indigenous students in entrepreneurship practice, and connect various ministries and private entrepreneurship resources to help young students start their own businesses and realize their dreams. To promote these programs and assist potential applicants, as well as incubation units from universities across the country in further understanding the application process and related funding opportunities, an information session for the U-start Program and U-start Young Program will be held.
