✨National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University - Storytelling and Multimedia Cross-Domain Program✨

🧘🏻 **Life Story workshop:**
Do you often feel anxious, unsettled, or lost in the busyness of life? Can we face the world with fearless kindness, boundless compassion, limitless joy, and an all-encompassing equality of mind?
These four immeasurable virtues provide powerful and stable strength, enabling the mind to be freed from afflictions and attachments, and to rediscover the meaning and direction of life.
We warmly invite you to join us for this spiritual exchange and meditation experience, where you will cultivate the virtues of kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity with two Buddhist monks from Berkeley, California
