Objective: In order to encourage students with outstanding achievements during their school attendance, we have specially established the “Measure for National Chiao Tung University Students’ Outstanding Contribution Award Presentation”, (hereinafter referred to as “this measure”).

Target of award presentation: Graduating students of our school (including university and graduate school).

Reviewing Procedure: With the dean of student affairs as the convener, the deans of the various colleges will appoint one teacher representative to make up the review team to stringently review the individual recommendations; the upper limit for the award will be the top one percentage of the total number of the graduating students.

Reward Measures: Outstanding performance award winners selected will be presented with the award in public during the graduation ceremony of that year as an encouragement.

This measure has been approved in a meeting held by the student affairs committee, and put into effect after being reported to the executive council; the same applies for the amendments.
