In this vibrant spring season, the Health Promotion Committee sincerely invites you to participate in our carefully planned series of three health-oriented courses!

With summer on the horizon, it's also the season for shedding some weight. How to lose weight correctly and healthily has always been a topic of concern for many. We believe that health is not just a lifestyle but also an attitude. Therefore, we have prepared a series of dynamic activities for you to enjoy the taste of health amidst joy.

  1. Eating Right, Exercise Smart: Secrets to Muscle Building and Fat Loss

    • Overview: Learn how to achieve your muscle building and fat loss goals through proper diet and scientific exercise, ensuring that your efforts in exercise are not in vain.
  2. Get Moving, Accumulate Health Wealth
    • Date: 3/20, Time: 12:10 - 13:10
    • Location: Staircase Classroom, 1st Floor, Electronic Information Center
    • Overview: Discover how to accumulate health wealth through exercise, investing in your body and enjoying a healthy lifestyle.
  3. Healthy Weight Loss Without Starvation
    • Date: 3/28, Time: 12:10 - 13:10
    • Location: International Conference Hall, B1, Haoran Library
    • Overview: Master the techniques of healthy weight loss without the need for starvation, making it easy for you to achieve your ideal weight.

Important Notes:

  • Registration: Single entry through the Health Self-Management System → Event Reservation.
  • Participants attending physical classes in full receive a complimentary meal box after the session.
  • Online synchronous classes will also be available (Google Meet link will be emailed three days before the course)
