In preparation for our school's upcoming 2024 Bamboo Expo and World Bamboo Congress, we will implement controlled access measures around the auditorium and surrounding areas.

Please find the details below:

Event Dates: April 18th (Thursday) to April 21st (Sunday)
Event Location: Auditorium, Auditorium Front Plaza, and HSS Bldg. 1, Guangfu Campus

To ensure the smooth running of the event, we will commence outdoor venue setup at 3:00 PM on April 14th (Sunday). During setup and event days, we will impose controlled access in the surrounding areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Additionally, designated parking spaces in the Information Technology Service Center parking lot will be unavailable for parking from April 16th (Tuesday) to April 20th (Saturday). Please remove your vehicle from these areas before the controlled access period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

4/16-4/20 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM /Information Technology Service Center Quadrant Parking Spaces (as indicated in the green area on the map below)

We also want to let you know that a bamboo electric vehicle from Japan will be conducting dynamic displays on campus during the Expo. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during its operation.

Please refer to the attached map for the designated route marked in yellow lines. The operating hours are as follows:

April 18th: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
April 18th to April 20th: 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM
