Mindfulness Stress Reduction Experience Course Time: Feb 25 (Sun) 09:00-17:00 Location: Student Affairs Office Conference Room Mindful communication integrates mindfulness techniques and attitudes. It advocates for empathetic and non-violent methods in communication within family, work, and life. If good speech is likened to a strategy, mindful communication directly appeals to the brain, known as the 'heart,' seeking 'sincere understanding,' 'heart-to-heart connection,' 'empathic transmission,' and 'emotional resonance.' Hence, language and gestures are mere tools; the crux lies in mutual understanding. This defines the expertise of heart-to-heart communication.
