 Lecture Introduction - - - - - - - - - - -
This presentation will focus on UX‧Tri-flow design thinking, with particular emphasis on the #data flow theme. In an era of high demand for product experiences, UX designers not only need to master traditional design thinking methods and translate them into design solutions to meet user needs but also require a business mindset to align design policies with corporate goals. Additionally, designers need to glean insights from user behavioral data of digital products to consider subjective opinions and objective data simultaneously in design decisions, making more comprehensive design choices. Through the perspective switch of UX‧Tri-flow, especially the mutual assistance thinking of #user flow, #business flow, and #data flow, designers can better grasp the aspect of needs during the design process.

 Speaker Introduction - - - - - - - - - - -
Dr. Wen Minghui is the founder and promoter of UX‧Tri-flow, with over 15 years of practical and research experience in human factors engineering and human-computer interaction design. In the #user flow aspect, he served as a visiting researcher at the Computer Science Laboratory of Palo Alto Research Center in Silicon Valley, USA, and has hosted over 50 national research projects and industry-academic cooperation projects. In the #business flow aspect, he has co-founded five internet startups and served as the director of an innovation nurturing center, with teams nurtured in his laboratory (uxerlab.com) winning over 40 innovation and entrepreneurship-related awards. In the #data flow aspect, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Data Insight Laboratory of Academia Sinica and served as the secretary-general of the Taiwan Data Science Association. Currently, he also teaches AI/UX themes at the Taiwan Artificial Intelligence School, focusing on research in Web3 and decentralized applications.
