EYE♥服務-服務成果分享會

課外活動輔導一組將於112年9月23日(星期六)早上10點舉辦112學年度「EYE服務-服務成果分享會」，當天共有九組服務隊(青少年幼兒服務社、東南亞國際志工BAT團、勵青社、印度國際志工JULLAY團、社團法人台北市全球健康教育協會2023陽明山服務隊、台東書屋服務隊、十字軍社、Smrangi山福團、信望愛社)進行分享，這麼多服務隊要進行分享，您還不來嗎~

活動流程:

1000-1010參加人員簽到及報到

1010-1030長官-師長致詞-致贈感謝狀-貴賓致詞-大合照

1030-1040頒獎-EYE服務攝影徵選及短影片徵選

1040-1200學生服務團隊分享

1200-1300輕食/茶敘-靜態展觀摩暨交流

1300-賦歸

提醒事項:

1.當天會另有安排專車(中巴)接送，鼓勵交大校區的同學踴躍報名參加，專車人數限制5位，如超過限制人數，將排候補或者可自行乘坐校車。

2.因活動中心第一會議室有人數限制，故人數上限為50位，如有超過將排候補名單。

3.報名截止日為112年9月19日。

 Hello to all teachers and students:

The Extracurricular Activity Counseling Group will be hosting the "EYE Service - Service Achievement Sharing Meeting" for the 112th academic year on Saturday, 2023/09/23 (at 10:00 AM). On that day, a total of nine service teams (Youth and Children's Service Society, Southeast Asian International Volunteer BAT Team, Lai Ching Social Welfare Foundation, India International Volunteer JULLAY Team, Taipei Global Health Education Association 2023 Yangmingshan Service Team, Taitung Book House Service Team, Crusaders Society, Smrangi Mountain Blessing Team, XWA Love Society) will be sharing their experiences. With so many service teams participating, won't you join us?

12:00-13:00 Light Refreshments/Tea Gathering - Static Exhibition and Interaction

Important Notes:

 There will be a shuttle bus (minibus) available on the day. We encourage NCTU students from the main campus to actively sign up. The minibus has a limit of 5 passengers. If it exceeds the limit, a waiting list will be created, or you can choose to take the school bus.

Due to the limited capacity of the Activity Center's First Conference Room, the maximum number of participants is 50. If it exceeds this limit, a waiting list will be created.
