演講簡介：

本次演講內容係以講者多年來於北投從事社區營造工作經驗之分享，列舉案例包含：反對興建北投纜車、新北投車站風華重現運動、公私協力推動國立空中大學社區專班、恢復北投百年傳統「湯守觀音祭」。由案例發展始末來回顧：非營利組織（NPO）與公部門從對抗到互補、協力對於推動社區營造與地方創生所獲致的成果，希冀陽明交大師生對於北投一地尚待倡議之公共議題，發揮「知行合一」精神，與住民共創宜居社區。

Abstract:

The content of this speech is based on the speaker’s experience in community building work in Beitou for many years. Examples include: opposition to the construction of the Beitou Cable Car, the movement to restore the splendor of the New Beitou Station, and public-private collaboration to promote the National Open University Community Class, Restore Beitou's century-old tradition “Tang Shou Guanyin Festival”. Looking back from the development of the case: NPO organizations and the public sector have gone from confrontation to complementarity and collaboration to achieve results in promoting community building and local creation. The speaker hopes that the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University will play the key role on the public issues to be advocated of Beitou. And then keep carrying forward the spirit of “Mind and Hand”, work with residents to create a livable community.
