12月6日校運會當天:盛大舉辦田徑賽、環校路跑、團體(趣味)競賽等。
11月27日~12月5日體育週期間:推出體育週球類競賽,更安排「體適能檢測」及「運動工作坊」,讓本校教職員生掌握身體適能,接觸多元運動類型,藉此激發並培養全校熱愛運動的活力氛圍。過去若沒有接觸過健力、健美或知名健身房各種有氧團體課程,這次體育室一次帶給您。

【運動工作坊】
邀請知名健身房頂尖師資  ,推出搭配音樂節奏並兼具心肺、肌力、核心訓練之有氧課程,可依個人興趣及運動基礎,選擇入門課程、進階課程。課表.png

熱血戰鼓Hot Drumming(Grace老師):將大抗力球以踏板腳架固定,使用鼓棒搭配步型擊打大抗力球來產生節奏,增加上肢肌肉的運動量,有效燃燒卡路里,訓練節奏感、協調性及敏捷度。
極限戰鬥 Fight Do(大芮老師)[進階]:結合跆拳道、泰拳、武術等快節奏高強度格鬥之手部、腳部攻擊,阻擋以及跳躍動作,輕鬆消耗600-800卡路里的熱量,讓全身的肌力、肌耐力、爆發力、柔軟度與心肺適能都有大幅的提升效果。
ZUMBA(呂小寶老師): 包含森巴、Salsa等多種舞風,不需記太多繁複動作,以音樂節奏配合肢體動作,具鍛鍊肌肉,也為身心減壓,在玩樂中達到運動效果。
強力皮拉提斯Power Pilates(Grace老師):強化軀幹的肌肉力量及穩定性,學習骨骼及關節正確排列位置及矯正姿勢,課程融合站姿芭蕾,讓肌肉線條更為纖細修長,改善圓肩、駝背、下肢肌力流失及平衡感下降狀況。

此次特別邀請到七月登上新聞版面的🏋♀超級阿嬤-健力三項金牌得主詹淑惠女士及鍾教練蒞臨本校,分享健身經驗,例如練習時間/訓練菜單安排、高齡健身心訣、如何打破撞牆期、運動受傷與防護建議,另外阿嬤和教練現場也將以重訓室器材和現場學員互動示範教學。

【體驗須知】

  1. 參加者需提前15分鐘完成報到簽名,超過報到時間者則取消參加資格。
  2. 活動中請注意安全,須聽從教練指示安排,若有違反者將立即停止活動。
  3. 從事本活動需穿著運動服裝與運動鞋,並攜帶飲水與毛巾。
  4. 請評估身體狀況再行報名,若自行評估良好但過去或現在有特殊病史,如暈眩、心臟疾病、懷孕或最近一年曾產生高血壓、重大手術、中風、糖尿病或其他醫療狀況如氣喘(自行準備隨身藥物),務必事先告知。
  5. 參加者由主辦單位投保個人平安保險,須配合提供投保個人資訊

【活動附則】

  1. 主辦單位保有修改、變更或暫停本活動之權利,如有未盡事宜,悉依主辦單位相關規定或解釋,並得隨時補充公告之。體驗者一旦參加本活動,則表示同意接受本辦法之約束。
  2. 參與活動者同意授權主辦單位擁有當天活動拍攝的影片及照片,得使用、修改、刊印、重製、散布、改作、公開傳輸、公開播送、公開上映及公開展示等權利,不須另通知或支付任何費用;同意上述著作(內含上述授權之肖像),該拍攝者就該攝影著作享有完整之著作權。

NYCU-112 Winter Sports Workshop

 

A winter sports event that you cannot miss for students and faculties staff of  NYCU Sports Day and iSPORT (Week).

 

In addition to the exciting track and field competitions at Sport Day, the fun team competitions, and various sports events during iSport, NYCU PEO have also arranged "Physical Fitness Test" and the "Winter Sports Workshop," offering a wide range of sports activities to ignite the enthusiasm and atmosphere of faculty, staff, and students at our university who love sports.

 

 [ Physical Fitness (Test) ]

 Date: December 5, 2023 (Tue) 10:00-15:30 (Optional)

 Receive immediate on-site test results (including personal data, radar hart, and ranking), including 6 test categories: (1) Body Composition (2) Flexibility (3) Upper Body Strength (4) Muscle Endurance (5) Cardiovascular Endurance (6) Balance and Coordination

 

 Understand your personal physical fitness level: compared with peers of the same age and gender.

 Monitor your progress before and after sports training: Regular annual assessments compared to the same period last year.

 Provide a basis for designing exercise routines: Which abilities you excel in? Which areas need improvement? Enhance your motivation to participate in sports.

For this special event, we have invited Ms. Shuhui Zhan, the Super Grandma and three-time gold medalist in powerlifting, who garnered media attention  in July, Coach Zhong will also be joining us at our campus to share fitness experiences, including training schedules, tips for staying fit at an older age, how to overcome obstacles, advice on preventing sports injuries, and more. During the event, the Super Grandma and Coach will demonstrate and interact with the audience, showcasing weightlifting equipment and providing live coaching.

【Experience Guidelines】

1.      Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the experience at the check-in location to complete the registration and sign in.

2.      During the activity, please prioritize safety and follow the instructions and arrangements provided by the coach. Any violations will result in an immediate termination of the activity.

3.      Please wear appropriate sportswear. Throughout the activity, you must wear a safety helmet and a safety vest.

4.      Please register only after considering your physical condition in accordance with the above [Restrictions]. If you assess yourself as fit but have a history of special medical conditions such as dizziness, vertigo, arthritis, injuries, heart conditions, pregnancy, or have experienced high blood pressure, major surgery, stroke, diabetes, or other medical conditions like asthma (with self-prepared medication), it is essential to inform us in advance

5.      Participants will be covered by personal accident insurance provided by the organizer and are required to cooperate in providing personal information for insurance purposes.

 

【Event Terms and Conditions】

 

1.      The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend the event. Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by the relevant regulations or interpretations of the organizer, which may be supplemented and announced at any time. By participating in this event, participants indicate their agreement to abide by these rules.

2.      Participants in the event agree to grant the organizer the rights to use, modify, publish, reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly transmit, publicly broadcast, publicly screen, and publicly display videos and photos taken during the event without further notice or payment of any fees.
